Incoterms — EXW, FCA, CIF, CIP, DAP. We quote the one that suits your freight set-up.
Modes — air freight for urgent line items, sea freight (FCL/LCL) for bulk, road freight to continental Europe.
Consolidation — we hold goods while your order builds, then ship as one shipment with a single document pack.
Documentation — commercial invoice, packing list, Certificate of Origin, EUR.1 where eligible, HS-coded line items, insurance certificates on request.

Payment

We work on a secure proforma basis: we invoice, you pay, we ship.

Bank transfer in GBP, EUR or USD
Card payment for smaller orders
Escrow available for large first-time orders

If you're in a country not listed, ask us — we ship there too.

Do you offer credit terms?

No. We work on a secure proforma basis — we invoice, you pay, we ship. Payment in GBP, EUR or USD by bank transfer, card for smaller orders, or escrow for large first-time orders. This keeps the transaction safe for both sides without the risk and delay of credit-account setup.

What is the minimum order size?

There is no minimum. We quote single-line orders air-freighted for urgent downtime, and we quote full 40ft containers of mixed-brand stock. Send us what you need.

How quickly will I get a quote?

Every RFQ is acknowledged within 1 business hour during our 07:00–19:00 UK operating window (7 days a week). Full quote is typically returned within 24 hours — faster for standard lines.
