The American-owned business was founded in 1953 by the merger of two major farm machinery manufacturers, the Canadian Massey Harris and the Brittish Ferguson Company, both of whom revolutionized the industry with their innovative patents and high build quality. In 1996 the company was acquired by AGCO.

To this day, Massey Ferguson tractors, combine harvesters and other agricultural vehicles remain some of the most widely used machines around the globe.

Weidemann

Weidemann was founded in 1960. It started as a manufacturer of machines and components. 12 years later, the Hoftrac was invented, which is a small articulated wheel loader that was often able to replace the time-consuming manual work on the farm. From here they progressed their product portfolio to now contain a range of Hoftracs, Wheel loaders, Telescopic wheel loader, Telehandlers and Accessories
