Swan Vacuum Cleaner Model SC1115
1 — If your Swan vacuum cleaner won’t start it is always worth checking:
- that it is correctly plugged in to the socket
- that it is turned on on the wall
- check the fuse in the plug
- the socket it is plugged in to is working. Try another socket and/or plug another device in to the same socket to check if that works. If the other device also doesn’t work in the same socket then it is the socket.
2 — Your model of Swan vacuum cleaner is fitted with a thermal cut out device, which protects the vacuum cleaner if the motor should overheat. If the cleaner suddenly stops, please check the following:
a. Switch off the cleaner and unplug from the power supply. b. Check the cause of overheating; blocked hose, clogged filter, full dust-bag etc c. Clear the blockage, clean / replace the filter or empty the dust-bag as necessary. d. Wait 30–60 minutes, the thermal device will reset automatically e. Plug back in to the power supply and turn on.
3 — If your Swan vacuum cleaner still won’t turn on then consult the user manual or contact a Swan vacuum cleaner repair agent.
4 — If you have identified a part you require then look at our Swan vacuum cleaner spare parts section on BuyAnyPart
